We were awarded this project due to the extreme satisfaction with our first product. We produced a customized device for the client that met all of their specific requirements. During the implementation, we emphasized an individual approach and always tried to meet the customer's needs. Thanks to this successful collaboration, we are delighted not only with the final product, but also with the strong partnership we have built with our customer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Upender for mould foundry PRESTAR s.r.o. 2024 year\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uAmvlCL4Q54?feature=oembed\"  allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The device for rotating the semi-form is used to remove the moulded model from the sand semi-form. The device can be used to rotate the mould with or without the land. The mould arrives at the device on a roller conveyor. Then, the semi-form is conveyed into the device with the molded model lying on the model plate carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The half-form and the loft are clamped together and rotated 180\u00b0. In the clamped state, a punch vibrator is triggered to separate the sand mould from the model. When the vibration phase is complete, the semi-form is opened. The semi-form lying on the loft exits the plant on a roller conveyor. After a further rotation, the model plate carrier with the model exits the device and the device is ready for further use. Pot\u00e9 je do za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed dopravena poloforma se zaformovan\u00fdm modelem le\u017e\u00edc\u00edm na nosi\u010di modelov\u00e9 desky.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Poloforma a p\u016fdnice jsou sev\u0159eny k sob\u011b a oto\u010deny o 180\u00b0. V sev\u0159en\u00e9m stavu je spu\u0161t\u011bn \u00faderov\u00fd vibr\u00e1tor, kter\u00fd slou\u017e\u00ed k odd\u011blen\u00ed p\u00edsku formy od modelu. Po dokon\u010den\u00ed vibra\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze dojde k rozev\u0159en\u00ed poloformy. Poloforma le\u017e\u00edc\u00ed na p\u016fdnici vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na v\u00e1le\u010dkov\u00e9m dopravn\u00edku. Po dal\u0161\u00edm oto\u010den\u00ed vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed ze za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nosi\u010d modelov\u00e9 desky s modelem a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je p\u0159ipraveno k dal\u0161\u00edmu pou\u017eit\u00ed.
