We provide this service both for <strong>handling equipment<\/strong> and for complex <strong>tube and bar finishing lines<\/strong>, which form an essential part of modern <strong>industrial automation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two installation options<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the complexity and scope of the project, we offer two types of installation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Supervised installation (Prestar site manager)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The customer provides their own assembly team, while our <strong>supervisor (site manager)<\/strong> oversees the entire process. They assist with technical drawings, control the correct installation of the equipment, perform operational tests, and train the operators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Turnkey installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The entire installation is carried out by the <strong>Prestar assembly team<\/strong>, including full commissioning and handover to the customer. This option is ideal for complex <strong>finishing lines<\/strong>, where precision and experience are key to a successful start-up.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Installation process at the customer\u2019s site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure everything runs smoothly, the installation usually includes the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">After successful <strong>factory acceptance testing<\/strong> at Prestar, the equipment is disassembled and securely packed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">We prepare all <strong>transport and customs documentation<\/strong> required for shipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">The equipment is <strong>dispatched by truck transport<\/strong>, and the customer is informed about the delivery schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Together with the customer, we <strong>plan the installation schedule<\/strong>, define the number of workers, necessary tools, and prepare the site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Our technicians <strong>carry out the installation and commissioning<\/strong> according to the approved plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Once the installation is successfully completed, a <strong>handover
