How the external pipe grinding machine works

The pipe is positioned on powered radial rollerswhich rotate the pipe during the process. The mobile grinding unit, part of the external pipe grinding machine, moves along the pipe axis and applies constant pneumatic belt pressure to grind the surface uniformly.

A coolant system continuously flushes debris and heat from the grinding zone. The used coolant, containing fine metal particles, is filtered and reused, making the system efficient and environmentally friendly.
