Claims for goods

You can make a claim if our product is defective. In the case of industrial equipment, the contractual provisions apply in particular.

 

What is needed to make a claim? → confirmation of purchase order, serial number of the device, description of the defect, media (photos, videos) as required

What is not governed by the complaint? → normal wear and tear, damage due to improper use, third party intervention outside the authorized service
