At Prestar s.r.o., we have been specializing in the custom manufacturing of industrial equipment and structures based on customer technical drawings for over 35 years. This week, we successfully completed and delivered one of the largest custom-made products in the company’s history – a furnace shell made of a steel structure, designed for the burnout process of electric motors.

Custom manufacturing is a complex process that, in our case, includes:

• Processing the customer's technical documentation according to our internal standards and creating a manufacturing procedure

• Production and machining of individual parts that make up the final product or semi-finished assembly

• Assembly and welding of the complete unit

• Surface treatment – degreasing, coating

• Technical inspection of welds and assembly

• Final acceptance with the client

• Safe transport of the equipment to the customer

In this case, it was a steel shell of an industrial device, which will be completed by the customer with burners, a flue gas exhaust system, and electronic process control.
