We are Prestar s.r.o., a Czech company that manufactures lifting and handling equipment, automatic tube processing lines (including cutting, surface treatment, and packaging), as well as solutions for industrial automation.
Purchasing industrial equipment is a significant investment. That is why at Prestar we ensure that every customer can rely on the reliability and functionality of the machine they order. Not only do we design and manufacture our own equipment, but we also insist on its official acceptance directly at our factory in the Czech Republic. This process guarantees transparency, high quality, and customer trust.
How equipment acceptance works at Prestar
- Internal testing
After assembly is completed, each machine undergoes detailed technical testing. Our experienced technicians verify the mechanical parts, software, and electrical systems.
- Quality certification
Once the tests are successfully passed, the equipment is issued the necessary quality certificates confirming compliance with European standards.
- Scheduling
When the machine is ready, our sales manager agrees with the customer on an exact acceptance date.
- Acceptance at the factory
On the scheduled day, the customer is welcomed by the project manager and sales representative. The visit includes a factory tour and a detailed demonstration of the machine’s functionality. All technical details and any additional requirements are discussed on site.
- Handover and shipping
After successful acceptance, both parties sign the official handover protocol. The equipment is then released to dispatch for shipping preparations.

We have prepared a short video showing what the acceptance process looks like at Prestar. This time we present an industrial motor-driven upender with a 3-ton rotary platform, designed for the safe handling of heavy loads.
Technical parameters of the equipment:
- Machine weight: approx. 2,500 kg
- Load capacity: 3,000 kg
- 180° tilting of the load via electric motor
- 180° table rotation around vertical axis (electric drive)
- Pneumatic clamping of the load
- Loading/unloading by forklift truck
The tilting table (upender) is designed for tilting and rotating heavy loads, in this case inserted and removed from one side. This type of equipment enables efficient, safe, and precise handling of bundles and heavy parts, and forms an integral part of our solutions for material handling and industrial automation.
