Description of the device

A paper stack turner is a device designed for turning, aerating, straightening and shredding paper stacks. It consists of a supporting frame on which is placed a turntable with blades and a support stop to ensure the stability of the stack during turning.

Technical parameters of the machine

Tipping is carried out by a hydraulic cylinder
The aeration system pump is integrated in the machine body
The paper pallet is aligned on a levelling scale in an inclined position with a large volume of air
Equipped with air pressure regulating flaps to ensure that the pallet of papers is not compressed but provided with an air cushion to protect the printed sheets
The working platform allows the use of various machine or transport pallets
The device allows operation in two modes - automatic and manual
Control of the folding table and the entire system is carried out via a push-button control panel, where system diagnostics and necessary settings are also performed

The control console is not fixed to the structure of the turner and can be placed anywhere around the machine. If required, it can be mounted on a swivel arm which is connected to the machine frame
