When ordering equipment from Prestar s.r.o., our customers can also choose an additional service — on-site installation and commissioning. We provide this service both for handling equipment and for complex tube and bar finishing lines, which form an essential part of modern industrial automation.
Two installation options
Depending on the complexity and scope of the project, we offer two types of installation:
1. Supervised installation (Prestar site manager)
The customer provides their own assembly team, while our supervisor (site manager) oversees the entire process. They assist with technical drawings, control the correct installation of the equipment, perform operational tests, and train the operators.
2. Turnkey installation
The entire installation is carried out by the Prestar assembly team, including full commissioning and handover to the customer. This option is ideal for complex finishing lines, where precision and experience are key to a successful start-up.
Installation process at the customer’s site
To ensure everything runs smoothly, the installation usually includes the following steps:
- After successful factory acceptance testing at Prestar, the equipment is disassembled and securely packed.
- We prepare all transport and customs documentation required for shipment.
- The equipment is dispatched by truck transport, and the customer is informed about the delivery schedule.
- Together with the customer, we plan the installation schedule, define the number of workers, necessary tools, and prepare the site.
- Our technicians carry out the installation and commissioning according to the approved plan.
- Once the installation is successfully completed, a handover protocol is signed, confirming full functionality.
Quality and reliability guaranteed
The handover protocol is a key step, often linked to the final payment stage.
