At Prestar s.r.o., we have long been dedicated to custom manufacturing of parts and equipment based on technical drawings. This week, we successfully completed and delivered one of the largest products in the company’s history – a furnace shell, which will be shipped to our valued customer.
The delivered piece is currently in the form of a semi-finished product – the customer will later install burners, a flue gas exhaust system, and electronic control for the firing process. The completed equipment will be used for burning out electric motors.
Custom manufacturing is a complex process that, in our case, includes:
Processing the customer's technical documentation according to our internal standards and creating a manufacturing procedure
Production and machining of individual parts that make up the final product or semi-finished assembly
Assembly and welding of the complete unit
Surface treatment – degreasing, coating
Technical inspection of welds and assembly
Final acceptance with the client
Safe transport of the equipment to the customer
